At PixelToPin, every product is custom-made specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Orders
All enamel pins, challenge coins, medals, keychains and other custom metal products are manufactured according to the artwork, specifications and approval provided by the customer.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for non-quality-related reasons.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork proofs, spelling, sizes, colors and specifications before approving production.
PixelToPin is not responsible for issues that were present in approved artwork.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the products
- Description of the issue
After review, we may offer:
- Free remake
- Partial refund
- Full refund (if applicable)
Color & Finish Variations
Due to differences in screen displays, lighting and manufacturing processes, minor variations in color, plating or finish are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Shipping Issues
PixelToPin is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues.
Order Changes
Order changes may be possible before artwork approval and production begins. Additional charges or delays may apply.
