Production Time

Because all products are custom-made, production begins after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Estimated production times:

  • Enamel Pins: 7–15 business days
  • Challenge Coins: 10–18 business days
  • Medals & Keychains: 10–18 business days
  • Complex or large-volume orders may require additional time

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity, quantity and seasonal demand.

Shipping Time

After production is completed, orders are shipped worldwide from Asia through international shipping carriers.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, carrier conditions and local delivery services.

Shipping Carriers

We may use DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS or other reliable international carriers depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
