01 What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ starts from 50 pieces for most custom products. Some custom packaging or special projects may require a higher MOQ.
02 What products do you manufacture?
We manufacture custom enamel pins, hard enamel pins, soft enamel pins, challenge coins, custom medals, metal keychains, badges, charms, packaging, and other custom metal products.
03 How much do custom enamel pins cost?
Pricing depends on size, quantity, colors, plating, mold complexity, attachments, packaging, and shipping. Send us your design and quantity for an accurate quote.
04 Can you help with my artwork?
Yes. We provide free artwork support and can help turn your sketch, logo, reference image, or rough idea into production-ready artwork.
05 What file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, PNG, and JPG files. Vector artwork is preferred, but high-resolution images can also be reviewed.
06 Do you provide digital proofs before production?
Yes. We provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Production will only start after you confirm the artwork.
07 What is the difference between hard enamel and soft enamel pins?
Hard enamel pins have a smooth polished surface, while soft enamel pins have recessed enamel areas and raised metal lines for a textured finish.
08 How long does production take?
Most custom enamel pin and keychain orders take around 7–12 business days after artwork approval. Coins, medals, and complex products may take 10–18 business days.
09 Can I make changes after approving the artwork?
Once artwork is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible. Please review size, colors, plating, spelling, and details carefully before approval.
10 What plating options are available?
We offer gold, silver, black nickel, rose gold, antique gold, antique silver, antique bronze, copper, rainbow plating, and other finishes depending on the product.
11 What special effects do you offer?
We offer glitter, glow in the dark, transparent enamel, screen printing, epoxy coating, sandblast finish, 3D relief, cut-outs, and dual plating.
12 Do you offer custom backing cards?
Yes. We offer custom backing cards with your logo, artwork, brand colors, product name, website, barcode, or social media information.
13 What packaging options do you offer?
We offer OPP bags, backing cards, velvet pouches, gift boxes, acrylic cases, tin boxes, display packaging, and custom retail packaging.
14 Can I order samples before bulk production?
Sample production may be available depending on product type and project requirements. For most custom orders, a digital proof is provided before bulk production.
15 Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide, including North America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and other regions.
16 Which shipping carriers do you use?
Depending on destination and order size, we may use DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, or other reliable international carriers.
17 What payment methods do you accept?

18 Can I reorder a previous design?
Yes. We can usually reproduce previous designs using existing production records and mold information, which may reduce setup time and cost.

20 How do I get a quote?
