How do I start a custom enamel pin or metal product order?

Do I need finished vector artwork before requesting a quote?
No. You can submit an AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPG, logo, sketch, or rough concept. We provide free artwork review and can help prepare your design for manufacturing, including line thickness, colors, size, plating, attachments, and other production details.
Will I receive a digital proof before production begins?
Yes. We provide a digital production proof showing the approved shape, size, colors, metal finish, attachments, and other specifications. Production and mold creation begin only after the final proof, quotation, and order requirements have been confirmed.
What happens after I approve the custom product artwork?
After approval, we create the required mold and begin metal forming, enamel coloring, plating, polishing, assembly, and finishing. The exact process depends on whether you order hard enamel pins, soft enamel pins, challenge coins, medals, keychains, or another custom metal product.
How long does the custom manufacturing process take?
Most custom products take approximately 7–15 business days to manufacture after artwork approval. Complex 3D designs, special effects, custom packaging, large quantities, or peak production periods may require additional time. Shipping time is calculated separately.
How are custom products inspected, packed, and shipped?
Before shipping, we inspect the color, plating, surface finish, shape, attachments, quantity, and packaging. Products are packed according to the confirmed requirements and shipped worldwide using an appropriate delivery service. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
