Yes. We can match most Pantone colors as closely as possible during enamel production. Please note that colors may appear slightly different on metal finishes such as gold, silver, or black nickel due to lighting and plating effects.
Is the price include shipping?⌄
Most quotes already include standard shipping unless otherwise stated. If you need express shipping, split delivery, or delivery to multiple locations, we’ll provide a separate shipping estimate before production.
Is artwork and design really free?⌄
Yes — our artwork service is completely free. Simply send us your idea, sketch, logo, or reference image, and our design team will create a production-ready proof at no extra cost.
Can I mix different designs to reach the MOQ?⌄
In many cases, yes. If the designs share the same size, shape, and mold, we can often combine multiple variations to help meet the minimum order quantity. Contact us with your project details for confirmation.
Do you charge mold fees?⌄
For most custom projects, a mold/setup fee is required for the first order because a custom metal mold must be created. However, repeat orders using the same mold usually do not require another mold fee.
Can I reorder later?⌄
Absolutely. We keep your mold and production files on record, making reorders fast and easy. Reorders also typically have lower setup costs and shorter production times.
