Custom Manufacturing Service
PixelToPin specializes in custom enamel pins, challenge coins, medals, keychains and custom metal products manufactured according to customer-provided artwork and specifications.
All products are made-to-order and customized for each customer.
Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs, sizes, colors, quantities and specifications before production begins.
Once artwork approval is confirmed and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Pricing & Payment
All prices shown on the website or quotations are subject to confirmation based on final artwork, quantity, size, plating, packaging and production requirements.
Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.
Payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and Stripe.
Production & Delivery
Production timelines and shipping estimates are approximate and may vary depending on order complexity, production workload, customs clearance and shipping carrier conditions.
PixelToPin is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions or other factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of the artwork and designs they provide.
By submitting artwork, customers confirm that they own or have authorization to use all logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials and designs included in the order.
PixelToPin is not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted artwork.
Quality & Manufacturing Tolerance
Due to the manufacturing nature of custom metal products, minor variations in color, plating, positioning, enamel fill, metal lines and finish may occur.
These slight variations are considered industry-standard manufacturing tolerances and are not considered defects.
Limitation of Liability
PixelToPin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.
Website Usage
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content or engage in fraudulent activities.
Policy Changes
PixelToPin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
